The National Waste & Recycling Association’s (NWRA) Chairman’s Council is making its return in 2022! The Chairman’s Council is a networking group for senior-level employees of privately held solid waste and recycling companies. The yearly Chairman’s Council tour gives these select NWRA service members an opportunity to visit industry facilities and gain insight into how other companies and municipalities perform day-to-day operations. Additionally, tour participants will network with NWRA’s chairman and staff as well as other industry leaders via education sessions, meals and fun activities.

November 15

7:30-8:30 a.m. Working breakfast at hotel with speakers from the Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA)

8:45 a.m. Depart hotel for DSWA tours

9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. DSWA tours

12:00 p.m. Catered lunch

1:00-3:00 p.m. DSWA tours

3:15 p.m. Depart back to hotel

4:00 p.m. Riverfront walking tours and networking

6:00 p.m. Group dinner
