Future Industry Leaders Alliance

The Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA) provides education, networking and mentoring to emerging industry leaders to prepare them for executive advancement and professional leadership in the waste industry.

About

FILA provides opportunities for members to:

  • Improve and learn new business, financial, management and leadership skills;
  • Network and socialize with peers;
  • Tour other members’ facilities to gain operational insights;
  • Be paired with industry leaders in a mentoring program.

Membership

Noon – 1:00 pm - Lunch by Neighbor Cater, a local business founded by N2N’s Entrepreneurship Initiative.
ESG Organics Material Management Presentation
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Entrepreneurial session in collaboration with Neighbor to Neighbor Program. 
4:00 PM Bus return to hotel 
6:00 PM – 8:00PM – Team Building – Game Night @ Kings Bowling: 141 Park at N Hills St, Raleigh, NC. (1 block from hotel) Heavy snacks and bar provided.
