Waste Management Recognized for Corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance Performance

WASTE MANAGEMENT RECOGNIZED BY CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY MAGAZINE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE PERFORMANCE

Arlington, VAWaste Management has been named to Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s prestigious 100 Best Corporate Citizens list for the fifth consecutive year.

“On behalf of the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA), I congratulate Waste Management, an NWRA member, on this well-earned recognition. Waste Management is a model of good corporate citizenship and I am glad that their efforts were recognized,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith.

Since 1999, the 100 Best Corporate Citizens has ranked the 1,000 largest companies for environmental, social, and governance disclosure and performance.
