Melissa DeGraw is the Director of Membership Recruitment at the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). Melissa works for Big Red M, a consulting firm for the nonprofit industry and a trusted advisor to NWRA since 2018.
Melissa comes to NWRA with over 15 years of association experience in membership roles. Melissa most recently was the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association as the Director of Membership. She oversaw all member functions for the association and built their allied program that added new benefits for members and increased the association’s value proposition.
Melissa is a seasoned association leader, specializing in membership, and strives to come up with outside the box ideas to achieve a win-win partnership for members and the association.
