NWRA’s FILA Hosting Fall Summit in Boston
Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association’s (NWRA) Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA) will be hosting its annual Fall Summit September 7-9 in Boston at the Wynn Encore Boston Harbor Hotel.
FILA member attendees will gain High-Performance Management Training, with emphasis on:
- Managing Change and Major Initiatives
- Embracing and Resolving Conflict
- High-Performance and Underperformance Management
- Candidate Selection and Onboarding
Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour Boston, enjoy a Red Sox game, network among members and industry colleagues over cocktails and dinner and attend an Executive Leaders Panel Session featuring some of the industry’s top leaders.
