NWRA’s Safety Monday Offers Tips to Avoid Hand Injuries
Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) Safety Monday for this week, presented by LRS, reminds waste collection workers to be safe in the workplace to avoid hand injuries.
“It is important that waste collection workers practice hand safety,” said Kirk Sander, chief of staff and vice president of safety and standards for NWRA. “These tips are great reminders on how to stay safe at work.”
“We are pleased to provide this industry-renowned safety resource to anyone who requests it,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “You do not need to be a member of NWRA to receive it.”
