NWRA Releases IRS Form 990 for 2020
Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) released its Form 990 for 2020 in accordance with the organization’s transparency initiative. NWRA ended 2020 with a surplus of approximately $592,000.
“I am pleased to report that NWRA closed out 2020 with a surplus of almost $600,000. Last year was a challenging year amid the COVID-19 global health crisis,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “We were able to not just survive but thrive amid the pandemic because we kept expenses down and increased our revenue. I congratulate our staff on a strong year.”
