Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) Women’s Council recently marked a significant milestone with its 20th Anniversary Leadership Conference, held in the picturesque landscapes of Northern California. The event brought together industry professionals, thought leaders and advocates for a celebration of two decades of empowering individuals in waste and recycling.

The conference, held in San Francisco and Napa, California, during the week of November 6, featured engaging professional development sessions, impactful industry speakers and meaningful tours that delved into the latest trends, industry innovations and leadership growth within the waste and recycling sector. Attendees had the opportunity to network, share insights and foster connections that will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and growth of women in the industry.
