With over 18 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene, Enjoli DeGrasse is committed to fostering a safer and more resilient workforce across various industries through strategic, data-driven initiatives. Her career has been marked by the implementation of national safety programs, the shaping of regulatory policies, and the promotion of health standards that protect workers while advancing organizational missions. She comes to us from the Teamsters where she was the deputy director of industrial initiatives.
Throughout her career, Enjoli has led large teams and served as a trusted advisor to industry stakeholders, government agencies, and national associations. Her approach focuses on transforming safety culture and integrating prevention through design, leveraging her expertise to address complex challenges in occupational safety, transportation safety, regulatory compliance, and total worker health.
Enjoli believes that safety and productivity are not mutually exclusive but rather complementary. She fosters collaboration to bridge gaps between policy and practice, bringing together industry leaders, workers, and technical experts to advance shared goals. Her passion lies in mentoring future leaders in the field and championing a continuous improvement mindset that keeps health and safety at the forefront.
