Grace Lynch
Director of Membership Recruitment
Grace Lynch is the Director of Membership Recruitment at the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). Grace works for Big Red M, a consulting firm for the nonprofit industry and a trusted advisor to NWRA since 2018.
In this role, she is responsible for growing membership by identifying and marketing NWRA to prospective members. Before joining Big Red M, Grace worked at an association and became a “Jill of all trades” managing domestic and international digital marketing communications and social media and providing membership, marketing and onsite support at conferences and events.
Firsthand experience working for an association allows Grace to help prospective members understand the support association participation can provide through advocacy, networking and more.
Grace is a Washington, D.C., native and graduate of Pennsylvania State University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, exercising and being on the water.
