September 18-23, 2022

Hosted by Volvo Construction Equipment and Mack Trucks

The National Waste & Recycling Association’s (NWRA) Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA) is excited to announce the agenda for its 2022 International Exchange to Sweden. Hosted by Volvo Construction Equipment and Mack Trucks, the event will focus on innovation, sustainability, electromobility, and autonomous solutions. The weeklong program will provide attendees with professional development opportunities such as exploring future technologies, visiting ReTuna Recycling Galleria, test-driving various pieces of heavy equipment and trucks, and engaging with Swedish waste and recycling companies and suppliers. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to get to know other FILA members through fun activities, social networking and sightseeing.

This event is for FILA members and their spouses, and registration is required. For additional information about FILA, please contact Mallory Szczepanski at mszczepanski@wasterecycling.org.
