National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) Minnesota chapter members will gather for the chapter’s annual meeting on October 5 at Top Golf in Brooklyn Center, Minn. During the meeting, members will conduct Association business including the election of officers for 2023 and 2024. State Rep. Josh Heintzman (R) of Nisswa will be the guest speaker. After the business meeting, members will have a chance to show off their golf swing and enjoy refreshments.
