The National Waste & Recycling Association’s (NWRA) Services Board of Governors provides leadership to the waste and recycling collection, processing and disposal industry by supporting and sponsoring advocacy on the federal, state and local levels; image enhancement; certification; education; statistics; safety; and other Association programs and advises the Board of Trustees on opportunities to fulfill the mission of the Association.
