To kick off the 2023 Texas legislative session, the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) Texas Chapter Legislative Committee will meet virtually on February 16 at 10 a.m. CT. This meeting is to discuss the Texas Legislature Committee elections and the bills that have been filed to date. The bill filing deadline is March 10; therefore, there will be another virtual meeting on March 16.
