Please join us via Teams for the Wisconsin Chapter Annual Meeting, held January 28 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT. A great lineup of speakers from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will be on hand.
Jennifer Semrau, statewide waste reduction and diversion coordinator for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, will provide recycling updates, and Kate Strom Hiorns, program manager for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, will address landfills and solid waste.
We will also hear about E-Cycle Wisconsin’s revision of administrative rules updates from Sarah Murray, E-Cycle Wisconsin coordinator, and about per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from Mimi Johnson, policy director, Office of Emerging Contaminants at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
Additionally, members will hold chapter elections and discuss legislative initiatives and issues for 2021.
