Notice to Members

We extend our heartfelt condolences to NWRA member Vermeer Corporation this morning following a devastating group of tornadoes that hit its Pella, Iowa, manufacturing facility and headquarters. With no reported fatalities, and only minor injuries, the facility suffered the loss of two buildings as well as the waste treatment facility.

The storm hit while Vermeer was celebrating its 70th anniversary with more than 3,000 guests and employees. It is a testament to Vermeer that it was able to keep everyone safe. We know that the Vermeer family is strong and resilient, and that they will rebuild and come back better than ever with continued growth and success. As the cleanup and restoration process takes place, we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
