NWRA Announces New Members to Its Board of Trustees 

Arlington, VA –  The Board of Trustees of the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) approved two new members to the board. William Rumpke, Jr. of Rumpke Waste & Recycling will serve as the Services Board of Governors representative, and Tony Romano of 3rd Eye, a Dover Company, will serve as the Suppliers Board of Governors alternate representative.

“William and Tony have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the waste and recycling industry,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “We look forward to their perspective on issues affecting the industry.”

“William and Tony are tremendous assets to the Association and industry. I welcome them to the board. They will make us a stronger advocate for the waste and recycling industry,” said Ben Harvey, president of E.L. Harvey and Sons and chair of the NWRA Board of Trustees.
