NWRA Inks Three-Year WasteExpo Agreement with Informa

Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) and Informa extended its relationship through 2021 with a new three-year WasteExpo agreement.

“NWRA is happy that we solidified the WasteExpo agreement. WasteExpo is the most important conference for the waste and recycling industry. Informa is a valued partner to us and our members. I look forward to continuing our strong relationship into the next decade,” said Darrell Smith, NWRA president and CEO.

Each year at WasteExpo, NWRA hosts an awards breakfast that recognizes leaders in the waste and recycling industry, as well as being responsible for most of the education sessions including a new Safety Symposium this year.

“We are very pleased to be renewing our partnership with NWRA for a new three-year agreement (2019-2021). Our relationship is a strong and productive one for both our organizations as well as the waste and recycling industry that we call home,” said Mark Hickey, vice president of Waste360.
