NWRA President and CEO Among Association Leaders Recognized by DCA Live

Arlington, VA – Darrell Smith, president and CEO of the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA), was among several trade association executives recognized yesterday at an event sponsored by DCA Live that recognized leaders of some of Washington, D.C.’s most innovative and fastest growing associations. Smith and the association executives were honored for demonstrating exceptional performance in advancing their organization’s missions in 2019.

“I am proud of the work my team has accomplished in 2019. We have achieved significant advocacy victories for our members in Washington, D.C., as well as in state legislatures. I look forward to another strong year in 2020,” said Smith.
