NWRA Responds to Pre-publication Release of EPA Heavy-duty Vehicle Emissions Rule
Arlington, VA – The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a pre-publication release of its rule aimed at curbing emissions from heavy-duty vehicles beginning with model year 2027.
“We are currently reviewing the pre-publication of the rule to determine if it aligns with our comments,” said National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) President and CEO Darrell Smith. “We look forward to the final rule.”
NWRA Chairman Don Ross previously testified before the EPA on the proposed rule early in the regulatory process.
