NWRA Safety Monday Provides Roadside Safety Tips

Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Rumpke Waste & Recycling, offers important roadway safety tips.

“Roadside emergencies happen to the best of us,” said Kirk Sander, chief of staff and vice president of safety and standards for the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). “Knowing what to do when you are stuck on the side of the road can be crucial for your safety as well as the motoring public.”

“We are pleased to provide this industry-renowned safety resource to anyone who requests it,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “You do not need to be a member of NWRA to receive it.”
