NWRA Safety Monday Reminds Waste Collection Drivers to Focus on the Road
Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Republic Services, offers important roadway safety tips.
“We encourage drivers to give themselves plenty of room around the vehicle while driving,” said Kirk Sander, chief of staff and vice president of safety and standards for the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). “This week’s Safety Monday offers tips to build a safety cushion while driving.”
“We are pleased to provide this industry-renowned safety resource to anyone who requests it,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “You do not need to be a member of NWRA to receive it.”
