NWRA Safety Monday Reminds You to Avoid Slips, Trips and Falls this Holiday Season

NWRA Safety Monday Reminds You to Avoid Slips, Trips and Falls this Holiday Season

Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Republic Services, reminds waste collection workers to prevent slips, trips and falls.

“The holiday season can be a prime time for falls because of the hazards of putting up decorations, carrying heavy loads and other seasonal activities,” said Kirk Sander, NWRA chief of staff and vice president of safety and standards. “We urge everyone to follow these precautions to avoid slips, trips and falls.”
