NWRA Safety Monday Reminds You to Remember “Your Reason for Safety This Season”

Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Republic Services, reminds waste collection workers to watch and prepare for hazardous driving conditions.

“Winter driving can be hazardous and scary,” said Kirk Sander, NWRA chief of staff and vice president, safety and standards. “Drivers should remember the ‘Three Ps of Safety:’ Prepare for the trip, Protect yourself and Prevent crashes on the road.”
