NWRA Safety Monday Shares Roadway Safety Tips for Waste Collection Drivers
Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Rumpke Waste & Recycling, reminds waste collection drivers to remain visible to other drivers, maintain equipment and use caution when backing up.
“It is important that our drivers are safe every day,” said Kirk Sander, NWRA chief of staff and vice president of safety and standards. “Our men and women play a vital role in protecting the environment and public health.”
