NWRA’s Safety Monday Offers Heart Healthy Habits

NWRA’s Safety Monday Offers Heart Healthy Habits

Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Rumpke Waste & Recycling, offers important habits to be heart healthy.

“Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States,” said Kirk Sander, NWRA chief of staff and vice president, safety and standards. “These habits help lower your risk of heart disease while also preventing other serious chronic conditions.”
