Dana Gutierrez is the Director of Membership Recruitment at the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). Dana works for Big Red M, a consulting firm for the nonprofit industry and a trusted advisor to NWRA since 2018.
With extensive experience in trade and professional association membership and business development, Dana Gutierrez is committed to delivering a customer-focused approach in her role as Director of Membership Recruitment.
Before joining Big Red M, Dana held key roles in trade associations and professional societies, where she built strong relationships, fostered collaboration, and drove engagement across sectors.
A graduate of the Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) through the US Chamber of Commerce, Dana brings a passion for excellence in association management and is dedicated to creating meaningful impact for Big Red M’s Association partners.
