NWRA Safety Monday Offers Winter Weather Safety Tips
Arlington, VA – This week’s Safety Monday, presented by Republic Services, offers important tips to stay safe in winter weather.
“It is important to be safe during winter weather,” said Kirk Sander, chief of staff and vice president of safety and standards for the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). “Waste collection workers should take the proper safety precautions to remain safe during the winter.”
“We are pleased to provide this industry-renowned safety resource to anyone who requests it,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith. “You do not need to be a member of NWRA to receive it.”
